Heartbroken for everyone impacted by the catastrophic flooding in Texas, including those who’ve lost & are still searching for loved ones.
And I’m grateful for the work of our dedicated first responders.
My team and I stand ready to support any impacted families from the #MA7.

A trailblazing, beloved, & proud daughter of Roxbury, Sarah-Ann Shaw dedicated her life to educating & empowering the City of Boston by unapologetically telling our stories, shattering concrete ceilings & mentoring other Black journalists.
To have known Sarah-Ann was to love her, and I’m grateful for her family, @MayorWu, @BPLBoston, & for those who advocated for this library renaming as a powerful tribute to her mark on our home.
May her legacy be forever honored in Roxbury.

I was a congressional aide for 16 years before being elected to Congress.
And in that time, I learned the importance of creating and taking up space.
I recently joined @CapitolHillCBA and told our dedicated Black Hill staffers: take up space, you all belong everywhere.

I’m one of the 7 million people in America living with alopecia.
In Congress, I’m fighting for bold investments in research, to combat stigma and bullying, and medical coverage to help us along our journey.

Republicans have passed a bill that will be a death sentence —denying millions medical care, denying children food, and violently deporting immigrant families to destabilized countries.
This is unforgivable.
I remain yours in service to every family who calls the Massachusetts 7th home, and I will never stop fighting for you.

It’s 1am and Republicans are struggling to pass their Big, Ugly Bill that would harm millions of families.
Their cruelty, chaos, and dysfunction are keeping the American people in limbo.
Democrats are ready to reject this shameful bill and we must keep the pressure up.

Republicans claim to be the party of God, but I can’t find a psalm that says “Thou shalt make people poorer, hungrier, and sicker.”
And that’s exactly what their Big, Ugly Bill would do.
We’ll continue to resist, obstruct, and use every tool to stop it in its tracks.

Trump and Republicans’ Big, Ugly Bill would harm everyone in America, and Massachusetts is no exception.
Here are a few reasons why we’re fighting so hard to stop it.
