Our seniors & veterans deserve to age in dignity – folks at @FrBillsMnSpring know that firsthand.
During my visit, I met Joe, one of 10 formerly homeless Veterans.
Stories like Joe’s are why we need to invest in housing, especially for our most vulnerable neighbors.

For many, public transit isn’t an option — it’s their only choice.
My Freedom to Move Act with @SenMarkeyMemes would make fare-free transit a reality, build on successful pilot programs in Boston & MA, and help folks access essential resources like jobs, school, child care, & more.

With our students back at school, I visited the @BostonHigashiSchool in Randolph to meet with staff, students, & tour the campus.
They’re doing transformative, full-circle work to uplift our students, center equity in education, & strengthen our communities.

This moment of crisis in Gaza demands moral clarity & decisive action from the U.S.
As newborn & infants die of starvation, we cannot look away.
I’m leading 100+ of my colleagues with @RepPettersen in calling for @SecRubio to facilitate aid and baby formula to enter Gaza.

Like Donald Trump himself, the death penalty is flawed and deeply racist.
It is a fundamentally unjust punishment that has no place in any society.
My full statement on his calls to expand the death penalty in Washington, DC:

Barbershops & salons are more than businesses – they’re community hubs, spaces of mentorship, culture, & connection.
I joined @SenatorLizMiranda & @JuliaForBoston in Roxbury to hear directly from salon owners on the challenges they’re facing around licensing & workforce development.

Beautiful day in Everett with my friend @SenSalDiDomenico listening to local entrepreneurs.
Small businesses are the anchors of our community.
With higher costs, supply chain issues, & fear of destructive immigration enforcement, we’ll keep defending & fighting for them to thrive.

Kids should not fear going to school. Parents should not fear for their babies’ lives when they kiss them goodbye.
I’m heartbroken for the victims, families, & community at Annunciation Catholic in Minnesota.
This trauma is preventable. We must take action against gun violence.

Catalina “Xóchitl” Santiago is a farmworker, DACA recipient, & beloved community organizer who helped undocumented immigrants get drivers licenses in Massachusetts.
She was unlawfully detained while boarding a flight for work & is being targeted for deportation.
This is the same playbook Trump has used to criminalize immigrants and activists who center the dignity & humanity of all people.
Xóchitl must be released immediately and reunited with her family.
