My demand to Chairman Powell is clear: the Federal Reserve must take action to uphold its mandate of maximum employment for ALL workers.

And he MUST affirm the Fed’s independence, including from unlawful firings like that of Lisa Cook.
Black women are disproportionately being impacted by Trump’s unlawful mass firings of federal workers.

With an alarming rise in unemployment for Black women, I’m calling on the Federal Reserve to take action.
Congratulations to my dedicated Comms Director Ricardo for being named one of the 2025 ALX100 by @WeAreALX!

This recognition celebrates Latino American leaders, risk-takers, disruptors, & advocates shaping the future of Massachusetts.

Grateful for your hard work on behalf of everyone who calls the MA 7th home.
No child should shake in their sleep as bombs erupt overhead or plead through a camera lens to die with their parents so they won’t be left alone. More than 20,00 children have been killed.

The U.S. has manufactured & delivered weapons that rain down on civilians in Gaza.

Our Block the Bombs Act is clear: the U.S. must immediately stop sending bombs to Israel.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion matter and strengthen our economy.

But Trump’s mass federal layoffs and anti-DEI policies have caused Black women’s unemployment to spike — a devastating warning of where our economy is headed.

That’s why I’m demanding the Fed address this crisis.
24 years after 9/11, many are still reeling in MA and across the nation.

We’ll #NeverForget the lives senselessly stolen & the heroes who courageously risked their own.

Together, we’ll keep building a more just, peaceful world, and providing survivors the resources needed to heal & thrive.
Sending my sincere condolences to Charlie Kirk’s family. Violence is unacceptable, always.

Though I disagree with nearly everything he said publicly, I never lose sight of others’ humanity.

He was someone’s son. He was someone’s husband. He was a father to two young children.

Praying for the UVU community impacted by this horrific act of gun violence.
