Congresswoman Ayanna Pressely will join others in Congress, co-sponsoring a resolution that would block the declaration of a national emergency.

It’s a manufactured crisis, according to the nearly 200 that joined the representative in Harvard Square on Monday. 

The Democrat-backed resolution could be vetoed by the president, but a two-thirds majority in Congress can override the veto.
